We bake our cakes in-house, fresh every day using the finest ingredients including free-range eggs and Belgian chocolate

The majority of our meat is supplied by Paul Shum Family Butchers in Yoxall, just 2 minutes away from us

We make all our own jams and curds to enhance our baking

Our crisps are supplied by the award-winning local business 'Just Crisps' - baked with potatoes and rapeseed oil produced just 4 miles away from our kitchen door

We buy all our organic salad and vegetables from Jim, a local farmer, based just a few miles away
