We are husband and wife team, Trisha McCann and John Russell. It is a real family affair as our daughters, Lauren and Holly, also work with us - and sometimes our son Josh! 

 

We love what we do and are well supported by a lovely team of superb assistants and bakers.

 

Our local suppliers are out of this world too!
